This story is amazing. Hawk is a dreamy dominate ex-military out for revenge. Dawnie is his best-friend's kid sister she does the books for the family business and sinks with a band some evenings. The chemistry between the two is off the charts in a back and forth struggle for power and protection as they see if they can make it last
But what really makes this book is Mrs. Poppins and Mrs. Hudson. Those two ladies had me in stitches throughout the whole book. With matchmaking schemes that are odd, strange, invasive and down right hilarious. Seriously they make the book.
